Boxer Super Run Durban increases capacity as 2026 entries open this week

Entries for the 2026 Boxer Super Run Durban will open on Thursday, 06 August 2026, with event organisers announcing exciting news: the event's capacity has been increased from 5000 to 7000 participants, allowing even more runners to be part of the action in 2026.
Launched in 2023, the Boxer Super Run has quickly become one of South Africa's most anticipated 5km events. Centred around the world's most popular running distance, the event offers something for everyone, welcoming elite athletes, social runners, walkers and first-time participants to enjoy a high-energy, inclusive race-day experience.
